We found the property clean but in need of maintenance, the Bed was comfortable but moved around on the caster's, The morning of the second night there was a trail of Ants from the front door to the Kitchen and into the Fridge which only had a bottle of milk inside. The location was handy to town and the nightly rate was a reasonable price.

The room we had was double booked accidentally. I was so very impressed with this place because they had already arranged another room at another location. It was a definite upgrade and it did not cost us a penny extra. Thank you for making this such an easy transition

This property has self check in and check out so any problems do not get back to the staff as a result the heating in the bathroom didn't work and there was no way to get it sorted also the double bed moved around the room and we had to brace it with two chairs against the kitchen table.

This motel is best value for central CHC. There is no bells and whistles. Its perfectly fine to have snack meals in and put your head down. Great transit motel for the money. Very roomy and not cramped. We stayed 5 nights and very happy as we were out every day.

Value for money for sure! Pretty happy with everything about the room but floors were so dirty our feet were black if wearing no shoes. Otherwise all good and cooking facilities were useful too

It was a clean and tidy room. Unfortunately the bathroom heater didn't work and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty although they did have soap at the hand basin. The lock box idea is great for those arriving late and the text message prior to our arrival with all the details is an excellent idea :)

The property was quite a way from the central city. Not near any eating places within walking distance. No one present in reception on arrival, or when we departed. Table very old and needed replacing. Awoke to a hail storm and wanted some hot toast, and found toaster broken down! Not a good motel.

Hi Marlene We are a self check in motel which was explained to your husband .Hence why reception wasnt opened as its all there self explanatory upon arrival through the instructions on the door if you happen to miss your email and message its all self explanatory . Its 2023 self check in is world wide to make it easy for international or domestic travelers that are arriving at all hours.self check in instructions are sent via email , Whatsapp and message . It is a simple step by step process to check you in and takes no time at all. When we asked you , you said you don't know how to use the internet on your phone or check your phone for messages . However you seem to know how to write a review. We managed to check you in though through the staff that are on site 24/7 . We can help you very easily within minutes through various options the toaster could have been solved very easily. As it's 2023 alot of things are online to make the process easy and simple.Thankyou for staying with Gothic heights

Great value for money slightly older style motel. I like staying at places like this, feels like home and cheaper than newer or top end places. We were able to check in early which was great news to drop stuff off and ready ourselves for a day at the beer fest.
