The employee at the check in counter was friendly and great. But thats about it. The first room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The second room we moved to smelled musky and was dirty. Floor was dirty, found pubic hair on the bed as well as some sort of small fruit fly looking thing. Weird random red paint on the wall, curtains were damaged. Not worth staying here.

1)Room - When we walked it the room was super small, we barely fit. When we tried using the sink the water started licking a lot from underneath. There was not hand soap or shampoo left for us to use. (I have stayed at other Motel 6 and they have always provided shampoos and hand soap). We waited for room service to knock on our door or at least see someone to help us while cleaning the other rooms but never saw anyone. Outside - There was dog poop and trash all over. They never emptied the trash cans over the weekend. Someone started cutting the grass super early on Saturday. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.!!!

The room was gross. Sheets dirty and torn. Shower, floor, vanity, night stand and dresser extremely filthy and a lamp bulb was out which made the room dark because it was in a main point of the room.

When we got there the staff were okay. When we went in the room it was dirty, it looked like they didn’t sweat, there was no microwave, nor pool, it was review that it was clean and a nice spot to stay and a pool. The first night there was people staying in there van next to our car and they were arguing the whole night. And then the past nights we stayed there as well.

There was dog hair cat hair and other people's hair all over my room. The area where the t v is had ketchup stains on the counter that I had to clean off myself. The shower was dirty. The toilet had dirt on the seat. The sink was broken. I had to clean white stuff off the counter in the bathroom. The sheets looked like someone had slept in them before I did. the cops were there looking for somebody when I checked in. The window in my room would not fully shut. Overall this was the nastiest and worst motel six i've ever seen. I've stayed at Motel 6 properties from here all the way to Washington DC. And this one was by far the most unsanitary motel6 I've ever seen.

There were people loitering everywhere when I went to get my room assignment since it wasn’t ready when I went to check in. There were 6 cop cars in the driveway and I didn’t feel safe staying there. The front desk was empty for 20 minutes and then when the lady finally came back I said I didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund she said nope it’s after 6pm and that’s when your stay starts, no refund. I never signed anything or received a key. Don’t waste your money here.

We used this motel while at Winternationals, Pomona Rceway as it was a short drive away. It was just somewhere to sleep and shower. The motel was what we expected basic and clean. Having laundry facilities was also a bonus for us. There are shops and restaurants next to it. Highly recommend the Chinese, you can eat in or takeaway and portions are huge and very reasonably priced.

They charged us an extra $200 saying we needed to call and let them know we’d be there 24 hours in advance. I reserved the room over two months ago so why would I need to call and make sure they would know I’m still coming.. not to mention the popcorn in the bed, hair on the floor, vomit on the floor, a dirty condom in the bathtub. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “she won’t be here until Monday but she won’t do anything for you either” when we asked for a new room she told one of the cleaning ladies to go and check if our room was actually dirty because she thought we were lying. Terrible experience. Will never stay at this location again.

The room was filthy. The toilet was stained and there was hair all over the toilet . There was no toilet paper. And we never got our room serviced or cleaned the entire weekend we were there. I had reserved the whole weekend , had I have known how filthy this place was I would of never booked. After we complained all they did was transfer us to a different room which was also dirty. Expedia couldn’t help us cause the hotel didn’t do transfers . I didn’t even want my money back. All I wanted was a transfer to a different city or the room to be cleaned. But none of that was an option apparently. A refund was an option but it would take 7 to 10 business to receive/ and I don’t have the money to spend on a different hotel nor wait for a refund. So I had no choice but to stay there. Never again . I hope this saves someone the headache

There was a homeless person living in my room. Had to wait until they could book me another room. Originally booked a single Queen but because of the situation they booked me a room with double beds. Very uncomfortable and shady stay
