I highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to many of the desirable tourist activities. Also, it is close to numerous dining & shopping options. Beverly & Courtney at the front desk were friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and quiet.

We stayed a week at the Silversmith. The location was great and the suite was roomy enough for three of us. The beds were very comfortable, though not the sofa bed, which should be thrown out. There were some upkeep issues, but overall the stay was good. The staff were friendly. The housekeeper for our floor was sweet and lovely. Because of the location and the comfortable beds, I'd check out their rates and possibly stay again, but it wasn't like some places where I'd be excited about coming back, but if the price is right, I'd consider it.

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s in the downtown loop making taking the train convenient. Many things are walkable nearby that are great for tourists. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

This was a great hotel. Great location, close to everything, safe part of town. Very nice hotel as well. Clean and nice. Love it here. Fair price. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it.

Repeat visit to the Silversmith which has become our standard for stays in Chicago. It is conveniently located near a number of dining options in the loop district, as well as theaters, the Museum of Illusions, the riverwalk, and the Art Institute of Chicago. The room with single king bed was large, and the bathroom several times larger than the one at home. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, not only on check in and check out, but any time we passed through the lobby.

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and funny! The property was beautiful and clean, and in a perfect location for great food, art, shopping, and anything else you could think of. Beverly at the front desk is wonderful. The hotel is very convenient to all cta lines and a very reasonable price. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. I've stayed here twice now, and I will stay again! The water pressure could be better on the higher floors, but that's my only complaint.

Can’t beat this location next to the trains, central to everything in the Loop, only a few minutes from the Art Institute. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel - a great value for the price.
