The property was under construction and the parking lot around the hotel was very limited. Also we were charged for our parking $6 per night per vehicle and this was not noted on the website when making our reservations. We had three vehicles so we paid an additional $36.00 on top of a premium price already for two hotel rooms. I do not think we will be back to this property. It was very disappointing for a Hilton hotel chain. Front desk clerk at check in was rather curt and unfriendly. The hot tub was not working the first night either which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

Weekend with grandsons
Front desk staff was amazing! Very friendly. Only problem was finding a parking spot when Drury Lane had an event, but staff explained and was satisfied with her answer. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, not so nice hotel
This is a quiet, convenient hotel but it needs updating. AND they charge you $6 just to park your car in the parking lot which used to be free ... parking your car in a parking lot. It's not a deck. There's no valet service. They just charge you $6 for no reason other than greed. There's no good street parking around so it feels cheap and exploitative. The staff were very friendly, though.

the property was ok but having to switch rooms in the middle of my stay was inconvient. The air conditioner did not work in my room so I had to change rooms at about midnight after attending a wedding for hours I just wanted to come in and rest. Staff was good to me so that is someting I liked.

I was greeted by a person that sounded like they were reading a terms of service agreement. Parking is $6 yadda yadda. Maybe people are just not friendly here.

Great service in the restaurant Chef and Waiter. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was amazing and clean bed was so comfortable. Lots to do around the area, PutPut golf bar was amazing.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Our room was fairly clean, but it’s apparent that it is in decline from when we have stayed there in the past. Hopefully the parent company will be willing to make some upgrades to bring this property back to its original splendor

I did not like my room. The toilet ran over on me when I sat down. Had to get another room. The next room had bathroom issues as well. The toilet seat was broken. Room was OVERPRICED. I won’t use Travelocity again.

At nearly $200 per night...no maid service due to Covid? The epidemic is over. Microwave inoperable. They charge you $6.00 per night to park in the hotel parking lot. The standard lobby light breakfast food costs $14.95 per person. No complimentary breakfast.
