Came into the city for a festival. Our stay was the perfect location to food and within walking distance to festival. It was a smooth quick check in process. Valet parking made it easy for us to get in since we are not familiar with parking in the area. I

Staff at check out was nice. No issues with staff at checkout. I was frustrated at check in. Female staff called us over to check in only to continue having a full on conversation with another staff and completely ignore us despite her calling us over to “check us in”.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and polite. Joshua check me in and out during my stay and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well put together. Even the people who assist with the valet were friendly. I will definitely be returning upon my next stay in Chicago!

Room and stay was great. Valet made me late the morning I was trying to leave. Need a better system because I had to wait 45 minutes for my car. The valet responded saying they would get my car but when I arrived downstairs 15 minutes after texting my car was not there. I had to walk next door and wait 5 minutes for someone to let me in since it was locked. Only to find out the attendant was sleep. The hotel needs their own valet person.

It was conveniently located to Michigan Ave and State street and Grant park for ease of walking anywhere. It isn’t a fancy hotel with elaborate lobby but that isn’t why I came to Chicago.
