I dislike that my room was not clean on the second day as they promised. When I requested a new towels I was asked to pick them at the front desk.

We stayed one night and it’s was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was good. The beds weren’t soft and the room next to us had someone making loud noises all night. We tried to call the front desk but nobody answered.

Looking through the reviews AFTER I last minute booked (no cancellation time) I was oh $£!t what am I getting myself into??? SO glad I didn’t let the reviews scare me away. My toddler and I had a great time! The room was very nice, very ‘homey’. The room was large enough to offer my kiddo play space without getting bored, we stayed 3 nights! He loved having his own tv and space. The pool was a bit dirty, but the hot tub was nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. With family in the area, I will definitely be returning!

Good hotel, not so good service
Front desk personnel have no idea as to courtesy, greeting someone, or conversation. The night woman was rude beyond belief, and didn’t utter two words. Felt like we were a nuisance to her. Otherwise, nice hotel, clean, comfortable, average breakfast, good 24 hour tea/coffee service. Very nice ice water with lemon stand.

Enjoyed my stay
The people at check-in are friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping does a great job. The pool, laundry room and fitness are are kept clean. Would stay here again!

I found a long black hair in the bathtub, so got out and cleaned it before resuming my shower. Paint is peeling on the ceiling in the bedroom. The air conditioner in the living area would not stay in air conditioner mode for any longer than ten minutes before pumping out heat. Quite unbearable when outside temperatures were in the mid 80s. Staff was very pleasant though and the breakfast was quite satisfying. Room 139.

Overall a good experience. Rooms were clean, property was quiet, continental breakfast was great. However the pool and hot tub are the smallest I’ve ever seen and the young girl who checked us in was incredibly rude

Right off the highway. Lots of shopping/food options close Pool is small, hot tub is AWESOME THE BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC!!!!! An excellent choice for a weekend stay!

Great stay
The staff were great. Breakfast was perfect with healthy options. Whirlpool was nice and clean. However pool was was cold so I could not swim to help my arthritis. The room was a little small but it was clean and comfortable.

I booked a suit for four adults in Fairfield by Marriott in Chicago. But the room was actually for three adults. It had a king bed and single sofa bed(supposed to be a double sofa bed). There was no way four of us could sleep in that room. We brought this issue to the front desk. After a long discussion we were offered a two queen bed room and we had to accept it as there were no other option. The hotel said it was a mistake from Expedia so deal with Expedia. I paid for a suit but stayed in double queen bed room. I should get refund of the difference.
