The front desk staff was not trained fully to use computers. I tried to call there twice for a reservation and the phone rang at least 10 times, so I used Expedia. I did call for an earlier day and then we added a day at the end and that resulted in getting new reservation numbers and our room keys changed each time. My husband had gone down to the lobby to add a day and the next day, the front desk said that they had no record of this on their computer, and that is why our room was not cleaned again. In 5 days our room was cleaned twice. We had to go to the front desk to get towels twice. The room was very clean when we arrived. The place is very clean except the front lobby windows are so dirty.. It is a very comfortable lobby to wait for a ride, but to have look through those dirty windows? We were there 5 days and they were never cleaned. Planters were half planted five days later. I am a gardener and it was so tempting to put those two dozen dying little plants sitting on the sidewalk into the planter, and weed their garden. The original garden is very nice but the weeds are as big as the plants now. The food was good. Eggs and sausages were hot and mini spinach quiche were good. A good selection of foods and beverages for breakfast. Not sure if this was new management problems, but they need to get their act together on the front desk. Beds are soft, so if you like a firmer mattress like Hilton, you may not get it here.
