Terrible Experience
This was not pleasant stay at all. The check in was fine but the remote did not work in my room. Ok. I was upset but no big deal as I had other entertainment. The toilet was another problem as the front desk person came to my room and was able to resolve but it still didn’t work as I had press a button on side of toilet to allow it fill back up. Then later on that same day my guy found a roach in the bathroom. Ok. It was early in morning when we got in so we too tire to go downstairs. Then next day there more roaches in my room. I was over it at this point decided to grab my things and leave. The desk person tried to offer me another room but all were packed so then receive my refund. This hotel was much better when it was Extended Stay.

Upon walking into the building the host didn't greet us at all. I got the key and went up to the room upon walking in it was just dirty. I didn't even want to set my bags down. I checked the bed and it was just gross. I immediately left. Didn't stay not a minute more.

Do you like bugs and insects?
The first night there we saw roaches in the room and bathroom. Requested to change rooms and encountered more roaches. Thank goodness hotels.com was able to get us in another hotel nearby.

the carpet smelled and looked bad. the fridge was rusted but clean on the inside. the front desk personal was very helpful. i believe there may have been biting bugs in the bed because i woke up to bites on my ankles and feet

As I shared when calling in after getting in from my mother Funeral Services...the property has roaches, ants and when I attempted to take the stairs to go down and express the live roaches a homeless man was laying in the hallway eating his food Either this place needs new management or close it all together.

The staff was very rude. Everything was going fine until this lady came on the shift. I asked for towels she claimed they didn’t have any more clean. She also didn’t want to give us tissue her and another lady made the kids get out the pool. These were nothing but Karen’s I’ll never be back I don’t recommend

No Place to Go.
Rachel the front desk clerk was humble. Upon arrival I was assigned a room that was not cleaned and it was the last Double on the Property. I had nowhere to stay and I was 10ths from home. With hotels being booked in the area I had to find another hotel miles away that was filthy. At this point I was tired. I really deserve a complimentary stay or be compensated for time lost.

This is a horrible hotel. The photos online make it look like a nice clean hotel. It is not. It stinks and is dirty. Everywhere you look there is damage. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The carpet in the hallways looked like motor oil was spilled all over it. The walls were gross and damaged everywhere. This place needs torn down. I feel so sorry for the people that have to live there for an extended period of time. Everyone deserves better than this place.
