The sheets were burn holes, the floor was not vacuumed, the toilet set was chipped away, the counters were not wiped down, i had to wipe everything down myself, the toilet paper was empty , the air conditioner was filthy, no microwave

We were very disappointed in the fact that we did not get a spot for extended parking nor did we get a shuttle to the airport, even though we were told two hours before we would have both!!! We had to scramble and change our plans to get to the airport on time!

The room smelled horrible, dirty walls, white towels were yellow and stained, overall the place was so nasty I decided not to stay and left!

Te first room we got the AC wouldn't cool down the room. Maintenance cameup and said it works yet it clearly did not. The bathroom floor had a child's broken hair band and hair on the floor as well as a plastic wrapper. No wash cloths available in either room. They plaed us in another room and there was a penny on the bathroom floor s well as a dead spider it was not a clean place to stay definitely will not stay there again.

Musty Cigarette Smell
This location was disappointing. Everything (& I mean everything) smelled like damp cigarettes, despite staying in a non smoking room, & only got worse in the halls. All of the bedding & towels were stained. The night we got there, there was only 1 bath towel, & we had 2 adults. We asked for a 2nd & were told to come back & ask again in the morning. When we went back to ask the next day, the refused to give any additional towels & stated that they didn’t have extra & would give us new ones when housekeeping came through. They also failed to take out our room trash. We had to insist to get 2 room keys at check-in, as we had 2 adults staying & came/went at separate times. They also don’t have any sort of elevator to the 2nd floor & their stairs are SUPER narrow & easy to slip on. We are returning to this area next year & absolutely won’t be staying there again.

When I checked in the towels were dirty and stained, and it took until the next day to get new ones. Cigarette burn holes in all of the blankets, and they wouldn't even pick up the other person in my room from the airport. Better off anywhere else.

Both rooms were disgustingly dirty with vomit, bodily fluids and cloths… by the time we checked 3-4 rooms the hotel associate gave us better rooms at no additional charge. Not his fault, he was nice and courteous, but the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. Unfortunately we had to find last minute stay. The rooms that we actually stayed in were rather comfortable but overall impression is still sour. Breakfast is advertised but there is solitarily nothing. Shuttle service from the airport was nice! If you end up staying here, good luck with the clean room!

Close to airport and shipping!!
If you aren’t used to well water, you may be surprised with the smell BUT it’s not the hotels fault it’s just how things are. I had an issue with my TV and was moved quickly into another room

Not worth more than $50
I feel for the price it wasn’t worth the money. I stayed in cheaper place that were nicer and cleaner. The place gave off a vibe that wasn’t so good. There were stains on the carpet next to the bed. When I pulled back the sheet there was a chip or something on the bed. The beds are full size so not much room for 2 people. It got the job done but definitely not somewhere I would stay a few days in.

This is an airport hotel but the shuttle stops running at 11:00 p.m. they will not help you out if your flight lands even a few ninutes after that. We had to Uber which really added on to the price of the hotel considering we thought we were going to get a free shuttle and it was surge pricing at 11:15. The lobby is closed and you have to stand in the vestibule to check in and out. No breakfast, not even packaged items. Comfortable beds tho.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room stink and everything in there was dirty. They gave us no toiletries or anything of the sort. This was my worst hotel experience ever!!!!!!

Condition of the room left something to be desired, though in their defense, in these difficult times it is difficult to find e money to keep up with all the little things. Very disappointed 6 months into the pandemic there is no breakfast/brunch/coffee... In April I was in Phoenix, the hotel there suspended breakfast, but had a donut, orange, banana, yogurt, etc in a bag for each of us at breakfast time, as well as coffee.. Hard to believe coffee isn't possible. but... My primary incentive for utilizing the facility was their airport shuttle, everyone else suspended theirs.

After a long day before arriving, I end up in a room that the smoking smell was so strong I was sick the entire stay. I even asked to be moved but apparently I made the reservation mistakenly on a smoking room. the rooms on the outside of the hotel are not good, noisy, and didn't feel safe there.
