The hotel itself is very nice and clean, the area it’s plenty to do and walking distance. There was maybe three things I disliked. The beds are on platforms so they are easily to move you can bump your leg against and it will slide over. There isn’t a complementary breakfast available you have to pay and there is no lot parking you have to park in a garage and pay daily….but overall the cleanliness and area was overwhelming with a lot of things to do!
Had a nice stay at Aloft Chicago O’hare. This would be our second time here. It feels safe. Rooms very clean. Would definitely choose to stay here again
We stayed only one night but would love to stay longer. Staff was awesome! From the front desk to the shuttle to the airport and the staff and food at the bar, everyone was polite and friendly. The room was perfect and the shower was amazing!
The location of this property was perfect. You can easily walk everywhere. We were in town for a comedy show at Zanies. We had dinner at Bub City which is located right next door.
None of the above but very nice staff!
-expensive to park by the hotel for time when there is no show at convention center
- unacceptable delay in getting hot water. Have to run 2 minutes unti get hot. Every time!!
This has become our go to hotel for stays in Chicago when we have to fly out the next day. It's super close to the airport and the shuttle is easy peasy. My daughter loves the pool area, I like the gym, and we all love the spacious and clean rooms! They also have a long term parking option that you can use if you are flying in and out of Chicago so we did that, and it was indeed, easier than using the long term parking at the actual airport.
The toilet in our room wasn't working properly when we arrived. Informed the front desk and it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner! Staff was friendly. Room was average but not bad. Would definitely stay here again.
This place is awesome. Very close to the airport, and a 3 minute walk to a bunch of eateries, bars, entertainment , and shopping. Also was about a 25 dollar uber ride to downtown Chicago. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a bar and lobby thats pretty great, and outdoor patio with fireplace and heated pool.

Really enjoyed the liveliness that the hotel provided. Beds were very comfy. Issues we had were that our toilet sometimes would not flush and then housekeeping had come by a few times before checkout and knocked on the door while we were sleeping. Housekeeping came again around 11 asking us when we were checking out. Check out is Noon so it felt very rude and that our stay was being rushed.

The rooms are tiny, I’m used to a Suite. Also the weekend I chose it was a hockey tournament I believe, very crowded!
The gentleman who checked me and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. After a long and difficult day of travel, he was definitely a much appreciated person.
Check in was friendly service, but during the stay the front desk lady at night was rude, yelling at my friends and I while we were laughing that we were making so much noise that she couldn’t here herself on the phone. Then proceeded to play her music/show on her device very loudly. That rude experience ruined the entire stay.

There was hardly any water pressure and no running on water
Water leaked underneath the shower door all over the bathroom floor and onto the carpet. Everything was soaking wet. All the doors slam so loud. They need to get soft closers on all the doors. At least the room it self was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
