They apologized for having a pet fee and even gave us a toy and a treat for my cat! Dining options we asked for were also spot on and great breakfast.

Even though they were remodeling rooms on every floor you couldn’t hear it at all. The place is clean with very friendly staff. The kind lady that did the breakfast was totally amazing she always had a smile and a good morning for you. It is so refreshing to see staff take pride in their work. I will definitely stay here again next year. We come in once a year to visit family.

Property told me pet fee was $30, I agreed, paid it, stayed the night left no problem. Next day noticed I had an additional charge to my card for $40 when I called him told to charge $40 and then I would be refunded the 30 when I said that’s not what I agreed to. They told me they would refund the $10 they have not refunded me that $10 and will not at this point.

The hotel was great, very clean. We were a little sad there was no water in the hot tub, but the kids were excited about the pool. The staff was great about getting us some breakfast before it even opened

Well kept!
The hotel was wonderful. Very impressed with how super clean It was and how well decorated It was. My only reason for the 3/5 rating is because our air conditioning didn’t work. The front desk was super helpful and came up to see if she could fix It but It still didn’t end up working. I can’t sleep without a fan or air conditioning on of some sort. She couldn’t switch our rooms because they were booked full and they had no plug in fans to offer. She offered a % off my bill but I never saw that discount applied since I paid prior to checking in.

Upon arrival we found out the pool was out of order. Which was a huge bummer because we enjoy swimming & one of the main reasons we booked this trip was to relax and swim. However, was told the hot tub worked. Got in the shower & found there was no conditioner. So my husband went to the front desk and she said she would have somebody bring some up. So I waited & waited. Nothing. Got out of the shower & called down to the front desk, and was told the lady would be up shortly. She Finally arrived & brought conditioner. Went on with our day, went and ventured the town of Cheyenne. Came back to hotel, ready to head to the hot tub & enjoy the evening. Only to find out when we got down to the hot tub the know to turn on the jets was broke!!! So I went and told the front desk lady & she said she would leave a note. Needless to say this relaxing weekend to enjoy the pool & hot tub was a total bust. Will definitely not be returning to this hotel!!
