"Room didn’t have handsoap or anything. Asked for it and they said they’d bring it and never did the 4nights we stayed. Room was only somewhat cleaned one time and that time they took all the towels and only left one to shower. Had to call and ask for more towels and had to use wash rags to dry. AC had a rattle at all times that no-one cared to address it. Won’t stay with them again…"

"I was very happy with the upgrade due to being an ambassador. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but when my daughter took a shower she noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, and hair in the tub. We did report the mushrooms the next morning, but that is apparently a sign of mold etc. I had a hard time finding ice, and walking around the hotel on various floors I didn’t feel very safe, not sure why, just a vibe I had. The hotel was beautiful otherwise, you can tell it was a converted building, probably lots of history!"

"Friendly staff made it easy and quick to check in. The room was pretty clean which is always nice. You can hear everything outside (multiple times in the night car alarms were going off) which made it hard to get to bed if you’re a light sleeper. Property was nice and well maintained. Would stay again!"

"We loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff was throughout our stay. Upon arrival, our room was not as clean as we expected, but after notifying the concierge, the issue was addressed promptly and the room was cleaned to perfection. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and every meal was excellent. Overall, I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and hospitality."
