It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

I loved the relax feel of this hotel, it was really trendy and super clean. The staff were very friendly I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😀

We have stayed here before. Hotel excellent, staff very helpful and pleasant. Location to town excellent. Breakfast varied and very tasty. Highly recommended

It was very hot in the room and the only way to reduce the temp was to open a window. It was then very noisy. The light under the bed was very annoying when staying with a dog - would benefit from being able to turn it off. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly.

Couldn't really fault the hotel. Very nicely designed with a quite modern vibe. Good breakfast, friendly staff and a welcome drink. Great location. I will definitely seek out moxy hotels in other locations when I need somewhere to stay. Effortless accommodation.

Cannot fault the whole experience, they allowed us to check in early, we’re so friendly, room was clean, great location. Breakfast good lots of options. Staff were all lovely. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

A Pleasant Surprise in Chester
This hotel is a pleasant surprise. For one thing, I didn't know it belonged to the Marriott Bonvoy group when I booked it. Secondly, its services, facilities, and room design all live up to the group's usual standard. The only slight negative about my stay was, that several pieces of equipment in the entertainment area on floor M, such as the arcade video game machine, guitar etc., were broken or not working properly.

There was a clanging noise all night. Kept us awake. I would have complained but it seemed to be across the whole building so it made no difference moving rooms, could be temporary due to building work I don’t know. Staff where lovely and very clean hotel.

Second time staying at the Moxy. Love this beautiful place and the location on the Canal is perfect. Also about a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Great breakfast and friendly staff. My husband and I love everything about Moxy!
