Very basic room. Not even bedside lamps!! Restaurant very loud with volume on loud for the football. Nowhere quiet to enjoy our meal. Won’t be going again!

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked through the door, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the facilities were clean and quite frankly excellent. 10/10 definitely staying there again

Fabulous hotel, beds very comfortable, bar area and food excellent. The only negative would be, didn’t sleep well,due to the walls being very thin. Could literally hear, next doors conversation.

Would not stay here again. Room unclean. Car park full of mud and puddles and poorly lit. Noisy inside and receptionists not friendly in the evening, night shift or in the morning

Wouldn't bother with a Village Hotel again
Room was dark and lacklustre, hardly any lighting, shower/bath water didn't drain. Crack in the sink, metal bracket hanging off the bath panel, the list goes on. No complimentary water or biscuits. Given the price of the room and that parking was an extra £5.00, breakfast was an extra £12.50, overall it was very poor.

This was our first visit to The Village and we were very impressed. Our room was extremely quiet. The bed was comfortable and warm. The breakfast was excellent!! All thecstaff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel with good facilities
Upgraded to club room on arrival. Lovely room. Used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Early start in the gym before an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Stayed overnight. Lovely, clean room with comfortable breakfast. Breakfast was good with good selection, hot and tasty. Everything meal not fantastic. Asked for medium steak and it was overcooked and tough. Didn’t complain as was shattered and just needed to eat but at £30 they need to cook it as requested. However, would definitely stay again.

This is a very comfortable hotel conveniently located within a few minutes walk of central Warrington. Has a great on-site restaurant and coffee shop

We were visiting my mom’s hometown of Warrington. The Village was central to family and friends. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Warrington.

I have stayed quite a few times at the Village Hotel, Warrington and I have enjoyed it from the afternoon to the end of the night (what I can remember of it) and the staff are so friendly, I needed a pin for my dress, next thing she had got me one. If I’m going to give a criticism, you need more bar staff in the day when it’s busy.

Better facilities than the majority of similar sized hotels, nice breakfast and the drinks and food weren't too expensive for a hotel. A good stay which I'd happily do again

Great 2 night stay - breakfast was lovely, added on once we arrived with the QR code in the room for £10pp. 5 min walk into Warrington town, with shops and restaurants. Had lunch at the hotel Saturday and was lovely. Showed live sports and staff were happy to change screens to the team you wanted. Will stay again

Not a great stay unfortunately!
Room was not as clean this time. there was no tea/coffee in the room. No side light. TV did not work. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned since the last person.
