"perfect location and experience"
We had a family party in a venue only two doors away so so the location couldn't have been more perfect. So as a family we booked all the available rooms so we had the place to ourselves which was ideal. The breakfast was the best I have every experienced, again we had the place to ourselves so we had a family gathering in the morning with service and a complete full English experience. Not rushed and felt very welcome. The rooms are clean all with ensuite, comfy beds, in all a very pleasing experience all round for everyone. A town location on the main high street, the traffic was not an issue for any of us who stayed. Thank you to our hosts. Can't wait for the next family gathering to repeat this experience.

"Great for visiting Thorpe Park"
We stayed here to visit Thorpe Park. It was very close and there was a little woodland path near path to take as a short cut to the park entrance. A taxi rode is around £7 but I think we were stung a little by the driver. The room served a purpose. We had a twin room because that was the only thing available but that was fine for us. The beds were definitely the smallest of a single bed. There was an ensuite with a shower. The toilet made a noise when you used it which is pretty loud and if you rub the tap that noise comes back, but that's only if u use it. Midnight trips to the bathroom can disturb you. Otherwise the room was ok. No breakfast. Value for money if you're wanting to go to the theme park.

"Nice room with patio by river."
Mostly good. We were lucky to have such a good room with patio as my sister who paid the same price got a smaller room on the road/car patk side. The restaurant staff were a bit slack and forgot some of our order. However the hotel had a nice relaxed feel to it. We would recommend it especially if you can get rooms 1, 2 or 3.

"Extremely helpful staff: wonderful gardens"
Staff could not have been more helpful - I had a bad back when I went there and, apart from the absence of a lift, they could not have made my stay easier. They helpfully printed out a speech I needed to make the next day.

The staff were very very helpful in everyway. And adults and children are fully entertained by the facilities. We would definitely come back again and again.

"Nice hotel in Weybridge"
Hotel was great - friendly, helpful staff. My room was great and en suite was very clean and modern. My friends room was slightly less modern and the decor was a bit old but my room was fine. We ate in the bar which was fairly reasonable for food however found the drinks to be quite expensive for standard lager.

"Nice location on river"
Has attracted some sniffy reviews, but these are unfair. Perfectly fine for what it is. Staff were very helpful, we were travelling with a 5 month old baby and the cot we had asked for was all set out ready. Breakfast buffet had good range but cooked food had sat there for a while - very chewy bacon! Location is good, 5 mins walk from bus station and 10-15 mins from train station then 35-50 minutes into Waterloo. (If arriving from Heathrow T5 don't bother with a taxi - apparently £30- as no 71 bus goes straight to bus station just over the road in 15 mins/every 30 mins/£3ish). Try get a room with a river view as this is lovely and quiet, the other side is a dual carriageway. Can go to Windsor for the day eg. on bus 35 mins. Could use as a base for a holiday exploring Thames valley and London, but probably not as a cheap option for a London break as with train costs (£12.50 rtn) it wouldn't save you much.

"British Gas"
Handy, and a good choice this side of the river. Clean and recently refurbished. Low season with not many rooms occupied immediately after Christmas. Room is heated by air conditioning, so took a while for formerly unoccupied room to heat up. Could be nice in summer. Wasn't in time for an evening meal, but breakfast was uninspiring.
