My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and were very satisfied with the standard for a small hotel. It had everything that you would require and a little more. eg - coffee making machine and fresh drinking water daily. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. The only downside was that it was a bit on the small side and bathroom was a bit squashed but would certainly not put us off staying again. The breakfast was superbe and the food beautifully presented. I would definately recommend this hotel.
From the pictures on Expedia I expected shabby, which was acceptable for one night at half the price of other local hotels, but in fact the room was very pleasant and clean. Would definitely stay again.
Great value, with very friendly staff. Room was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. The rate was very good value for money, especially when compared to the amount I usually pay to stay in this part of Surrey.
Booked a last minute hotel at 5pm and what an amazing surprise. A haven of peace and tranquility so close to everything. Beautiful historical building, great staff, great rooms, super food. Couldn't ask for more!
Looking for somewhere to stay in this area following family funeral and avoiding the trip back on M25!
Everything was of a high standard, it was very restful and the room was very comfortable.
The service in the Manor restaurant was exceptional although the portion sizes are those to be expected with Nouvelle Cuisine I imagine. We would certainly try the other restaurants on a return visit. Spa facilities very good. Left feeling rested and ready for the journey home.

Only stayed the one night as needed somewhere to stay after a day out in London and not far from Thorpe Park. Whilst it's not close to the park, it's a 5 minute walk from Staines train station where you can catch a bus direct to the park. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was ok, wasn't the best but it wasn't dreadful. The staff were polite and helpful. Would I stay there again? Yes, most definitely.
We arrived late, which wasn't a problem. The room was warm & welcoming. We had a room with a King Size bed & a Sofa Bed - both extremely comfortable. The en-suite was spacious with a separate shower & bath. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of choices to suit everyone!! We enjoyed a meal at the hotels Saffron Indian restauarant - which was ample in portion & tasty!
