Hotel location is convenient, the environment is very good, the appliances in room is very clean and comfortable. But one issue is, there is no hard pillows in room. Those pillows are all too soft and is not comfortable. I suggest that you could provide two kinds of pillows, one kind soft, another kind hard. Thank you.
