I have travelled all over the world and rarely do I post a negative comment as my stats may be reflective of money paid or area . But in this case, I am in Hong Kong airport paying a higher price the convenience of a hotel that is walking distance from the arrivals. But the check in line up was slow and poorly manned., only to be followed by the condition of my room. The room was dank, my bed linens and pillows were damp, so much so that I left some papers on the bed and in the morning, the were also damp. I really expected more from the Regal and feel that the experience fell well short of any expected benchmark. Overall extremely poor value

Basic, room was convenient because of the airport but honestly not like in the pictures. Maybe we just got unlucky but our room was smelling bad and very humid. I hope I have a better luck next time if I go back.

It is right next to the airport terminal and it was just a short walk from the hotel. It was a perfect one night stay to catch a flight the next morning.

Like - next to airport Dislike - not very accommodating. I ask if we can use the facility for a shower after checking out as we want to explore the city before heading to the airport on the same date and the response was a "NO".

The regal at Hing Kong Airport is an ideal place to stay when you have a long transit at Hong Kong. The room was large, comfortable and affordable.

The hotel is convenient if having a long stop over at the airport. Rooms are relatively clean and have all you need for a short stay but air quality is poor with smells around the hallways and our return trip, the non smoking room smelt so much of smoke that we could not stand in there, let alone stay for a few hours. The staff we responsive though and while we waited in the corridor, a staff member attended to us with a new key and room within 5 minutes. We were very appreciative.
