This was the first and only time that a Hilton property has refused to acknowledge my diamond member status because I booked the room via Hotels.com. We were treated like we were absolutely nobody. Why? Theu said it's because of the new relationship with Expedia. I can see this has become a major disadvantage. Since virtually nothing is accrued from H.com bookings and you get treated like you are unimportant, regardless of how many 10's of thousands spent, I see no reason to use Hilton or Hotels.com anymore. The room had old toenails in the bathroom corners and the heater didn't work (just blew cold air all night). But I'm m still shocked that Diamond meant absolutely nothing to them. Unbelievable.

Amazing property! Lady at check in was very friendly and got us checked in fast and efficiently. Close to a few places to eat, we walked over to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Property is very nice and clean, parking lot is very well lit. Even though it is close to a high traffic area we haven’t heard anything at all from outside the building. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly and with big smiles. The rooms are beautiful and clean and spacious. They have all the amenities. We will definitely be staying again.

Very clean and quiet! The heated pool was a plus for the kids! Close to shopping and attractions are like 20 mins away! Would definitely recommend!
