"The air condition unit in the room was not working properly, and it was HOT in room. They could not accommodate me to another room or fix the air conditioner until the next day. Manager was very unaccommodating to me as a guest. No discounts or anything. The worst customer service that I have ever received."

You have to advise the front desk to clean your room 24 hours in advance to have your room cleaned; a $300 deposit was taken for no amenities."
