Very clean and nicely kept up to date. The breakfast offered lots of options. Bed was very comfortable. Only heavy curtains on the windows facing the parking lot and when opened everyone had a clear view into the room. Some light curtains would be nice. Disappointing that the pool was closed.

Great Property. Great location, 2 to 3 mins away from Big shopping mall. Fantastic food options from fast food to restaurants. Variety of selections from the free breakfast provided by the Hotel every morning. Great stay.

The faucet in my room wasnt working properly, extra toilet paper wasnt in the room, shower head was leaking horribly, and for a stay of 4, only two towels and bath clothes were provided. I had to go to the front desk numerous times for inconveniences due to me paying to stay somewhere that lacked things that my own home doesnt. Staff was great. The woman at check in was SUPERIOR and very informative. However, maintenance needs to make the necessary adjustments.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I will say, the staff were very nice. Very convenient to shopping & eateries. That’s probably all the positives. As soon as I walked in, I regretted not getting trip protection and leaving. It smelled like straight weed upon arrival. People were just watching from the ledge up stairs. Our hotel room door was broken. We left to grab dinner and came back, the door was ajar. Another time, when I double checked the door, it just pushed open. Usually a secure room door will close on its own. Every morning we woke up to the smell of weed. The beds move. My child banged her knees on the bed frame as the mattress wasn’t secure. Phone to front desk didn’t work. Shower leaks all over the “bathroom” floor. I will NEVER stay at another Sleep Inn again.

Great service, very clean and staff was helpful whenever we needed anything. My only issues were the beds move from the slightly touching which is concerning with little kids. I couldn’t read the numbers on the room thermostat because it was broken so just a few things. The breakfast was okay but needed more options and would have preferred real eggs over instant. Overall not bad and staff again was great!

Cheap hotel, you pretty much get what you pay for. The originally put me in 327 or something like that. Door was messed up, looked like someone took a crowbar to the door. I went to the front desk and asked if I could change rooms, she changed it with no problem. But fix that door!!

The hotel is located in a great place with lots of shopping and dining close by. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we were not happy with several things. In the room the phone did not work, the table had a broken leg, the outlet for the hair dryer was broke and unable to be moved to another outlet, and the hallway smelled like marijuana. On top of that, we have never stayed in a hotel with only a shower. Having a three-year-old with us and no bath was not fun for 3 days!

Décevant, Il manquait une lampe de chevet, pas de garde robe, seulement une armoire pour accrocher nos manteaux, mais pas de cintres de disponibles. Le téléphone ne marchait pas, donc pas moyen de communiquer avec la réception, le lavabo était bouché. Bref beaucoup de détails qui ensemble, nous laissent penser que l’établissement est mal tenu. Je ne le recommande pas.

Good Place to Stay
This was a great hotel for the price. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Beds were comfy and had a good night sleep. Jasmin at the frint desk was very nice and friendly. Needed some general maintenance but nothing serious. Would definitely come back. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good location. The room and bathroom was small but then it wasn't the Hilton and didn't expect it to be for the price. No complaints.
