One of my rooms had red stains on the cover. It appeared to be blood, the receptionist said it wasn’t blood but I wouldn’t trust the red stains so I asked for a refund and left. Also the bathroom had pee stains behind the toilet floor

The staff and management has horrible customer service skills all the way down to the manager on site there I paid for my family member a room there and he or I will never stay at that site again . Paid for two days for my family member he only got to enjoy one of the days there becuz worker didn’t want to do his job to look for the email from Expedia he made my family wait to way past midnight to check in and he got there about 10:30 pm It took for me to call Expedia and for Expedia to call him to make him do his job

This hotel is located in a bad spot, It’s located in a high drug area witch I found out and it’s a lot prostitution going on there as well with alot of Running in and out the back door all night

The room was spacious. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was dirty. The bathroom floor had debris on it. The tub had stains on the other edge. There was the smell of cigarette coming through the door because people were going outside to smoke but they leave the outside door cracked which allows the smell to enter the hallway. There was a lot of chatter & noise throughout the middle of the night that would wake me up. Housekeeping came to turn down the room. I left for 3 hours and returned to the room not being done. I had to go to the front desk to complain that i was in my room without sheets or pillow coverings on the bed and the bathroom not cleaned or finished. My electronic key would not work if i left the room for more than 4 hours. I was there 3 days and all 3 days i had to get my key reprogrammed.

Good service at check in. Locked lobby door and talking through the security window didnt make it feel safe for the area. Guy at the desk was tough at first, but he became nice after he confirmed our reservation. Room was mostly clean, but my sons found coins on the floor and wasn't totally cleaned, so I can't give it a 5 rating for cleanliness. Sheets smelled nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Good inexpensive place to stay to save some $$ if you're ok with not being a higher level hotel.

Terrible, terrible, terrible from the checkin only 1 person working and there was about 7 others waiting to checkin too and he took about 10-15?mins checking each person in so I had to wait about an hr before I got serviced.Then we had to wait behind a locked door to check in, no lobby with seats so at least we could sit and wait. So now I’m checked in he gives me a that already had guess so I had to go back wait another 20mins for him to fix it. Nothing is up to par gym was closed, pool was closed, they didn’t have breakfast in the morning as stated. The lobby doesn’t even have chairs or tables. You could only enter thru one door and the swipe card didn’t even work for that door so you had to hope someone was at the desk or leaving when you wanted to enter or you had to stand there and wait. I could continue with many more issues as the ac in my room didn’t work either, but imma just say stay somewhere else it’s not worth it. Red Roof Inn should really monitor their locations better worse one I’ve ever stayed at place was just horrible.
