We chose this hotel because it was close to the city of Charlotte and because it had a pool. When we checked in we were told the hotel’s pool was unavailable because of “inspection”. If we knew this before we booked, we would have chose somewhere else because it was 85 degrees and Memorial Day weekend. We also did not know how close the hotel was to the highway and it was NASCAR weekend, it was noisy at nighttime and I’m talking about 10-11pm. Of note, the hotel room was clean for us. However, the hallways including the wallpaper and lining were peeling off at the bottom and looked unappealing. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, but we should have been notified the the pool was not in service.

This place was just yuck. Idk if they were under construction but the trim was missing all in the hallways. The carpets were nasty. The rooms looked recently removed but the ceiling had mold and smelled like mold. Ew.

The place needed a deep clean of the entire hotel & definitely inside the room. The room did not have a closet to hang clothes. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

This area was just okay. Liked that it had like a small kitchenette our room had two double beds and pull out sofa so we were all able to sleep comfortable

I will never stat at this hotel again. The staff is not attentive to the guest. House keeping staff will only do the bare minimum. It looks out dated.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were in good condition and clean. The construction wasn't an issue at all. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Beds were super comfy.

The property is under construction, no big deal, but the room we got(after a different room would not open), was not ready to be rented. It was missing the tv remote, missung the fridge, missing toilet paper holder, it was very dirty, had items from a previous guest still in the room, the sink was leaking all over the floor....i took pictures.

Our rental car was broken into along with others. The suspects were caught by the security from the hotel across the street and retaliated with gun fire. We didn't have peace of mind staying there. Also, the 6th floor is being worked on so there was a lot of hamer banging in the morning.

Property is under construction! All the rooms are a mess with partially completed projects, Sheetrock dust and painters tape. Very little hot water. Hallways have floors with half tile down and trip hazard everywhere due to it.

My stay was awesome. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice. The biggest things I look for when I stay at a hotel is cleanliness, the size of the room, the area it is in, and how the staff reacts to the guests. I would give 5 stars for everything I mentioned above.

Our stay was really nice. We came for a concert and stayed for just a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. I recommend staying here for a few nights if you come to charlotte.

The room I reserved months in advance was not available for my family after we drove 7 hours in the car. Thankfully, the kind lady working resolved it by giving us a 2nd room. However, it is frustrating the room type that was reserved was not available.

The included breakfast was very, very good. The staff super friendly. What we didn’t like was the fact the property is undergoing renovations and half the parking was missing, only one elevator worked and the walls were missing baseboards. The room was very nice. Properties should have to disclose it when they are under renovations or construction.

The rooms were very clean an spacious. The living room is a perfect size and the swivel tv is exactly what is needed so that you can watch from the bed or coach.

Hotel staff was very friendly, but the walls were unfinished in the hallways, the floors in the room were sticky, there was a hairball on the floor next to the bed, the walls were paper thin and I could just hear toilet seats slamming all night, and there was an excavator that was stuck in what looked like a sink hole directly out of the side entrance
