I chose those property mainly to boost my points. I was VERY disappointed in the appearance of the room and bathroom. Very limited amenities.Telebision service service was limited to just 12 channels. And the cable would go in/out. I felt like I was being linked! What a joke! No free breakfast (continental or buffet) for the price. I expected a more updated room. It was very cold a few nights during my stay. The room Heater was a problem- it either got too hot or too cool, never just right. in that it heated the room but once it cooled down the heat was right back on. The room’s phone was old and dingy. Bathroom offered soap, shampoo and conditioner. Not one thing more- maybe shoe shine, shower cap. Upon arrival the front desk was very friendly and hospitable, but I Will not stay here again regardless of the points!

Did not like the fact that breakfast cost $13/person but we not informed of this before we had already filled our plates and ere eating. A sign stating this policy was not prominently displayed . Meal cost $28, more than we had planned on.

Hello, thank you for choosing the Hilton Garden Inn for your stay. Unlike some other Hilton brands, HGI's are known to charge for breakfast. Also, there is a rather sizeable sign in the entrance of the breakfast area stating pricing and the time of the breakfast. My apologies you spent more than you had planned. Please be mindful of the charges between properties.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. Our bathroom was not clean, the rest of the room was ok. In my opinion the hotel was very overpriced for the condition and the area. There were notes about a dispute between the hotel and the cable provider taped everywhere. (very unprofessional) Due to this, most of the channels were not working. This area is very rundown. There are no good restaurants and the ones that were there had ratings of 1 and 2 stars .

The hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about however , this is the first time that i stay in a holiday inn and they charge for the buffet breakfast which is the same you get in other places for free, they charge $14 for terrible food and coffee .

Property is in bad need of a remodel. We are Hilton Honors members and this is the first time I have been to a Hilton property that felt like it was just being run into the ground for whatever money they can make from it as it dies. They try to charge you for Wi-Fi (supposed to be free with Hilton honors) waaaay overpriced food (literally $10 for two fried eggs). Lady at the breakfast buffet ($13) hangs over you and watches everything you out on your plate. Will never be back to this place unless it changes owners and is refitted (trust me, it’s clear the current owners are too cheap to do so).

We asked for a rollaway bed when booking. They would not let us have a rollaway bed at all. No warning till we got there. When we got there, we did not see towels, called front desk and they would not deliver we had to go down to get them. Keurig water tank was full/clogged and had rot and thick brown stains in it. I asked for a replacement, was told one would be sent, but was not sent all day until I called another worker late at night. The carpets were so dirty they stained our socks which had to be thrown away. Also, the website said they had a light continental breakfast. They told me this word continental does not mean free when used at the Hilton. When I went to the front desk to complain and ask for a replacement Keurig, the person at the desk was asleep. I asked for a discount/partial refund but was told I had to go through Expedia for that, and could not find contact info on Expedia for such. Also reviewing my credit card, I see 3 extra charges from the Hilton, only one of which is for dining. The other two charges I did not authorize for $99.36 and $33.56. I do not know what these charges are for. I will NOT be booking at this hotel again.

Nice Hotel
The room was clean and we especially loved the comfort of the bed. I would have rather had a walk in shower due to my knees. We only stayed one night so I was able to handle it very carefully. I also believe Hilton should offer free breakfast.
