We asked for a rollaway bed when booking. They would not let us have a rollaway bed at all. No warning till we got there. When we got there, we did not see towels, called front desk and they would not deliver we had to go down to get them. Keurig water tank was full/clogged and had rot and thick brown stains in it. I asked for a replacement, was told one would be sent, but was not sent all day until I called another worker late at night. The carpets were so dirty they stained our socks which had to be thrown away. Also, the website said they had a light continental breakfast. They told me this word continental does not mean free when used at the Hilton. When I went to the front desk to complain and ask for a replacement Keurig, the person at the desk was asleep. I asked for a discount/partial refund but was told I had to go through Expedia for that, and could not find contact info on Expedia for such. Also reviewing my credit card, I see 3 extra charges from the Hilton, only one of which is for dining. The other two charges I did not authorize for $99.36 and $33.56. I do not know what these charges are for. I will NOT be booking at this hotel again.
