I requested 2 queen beds and got 1 king for 3 ladies to sleep in. Booked this back in February and the front desk claimed there was no rooms and that it was Expedia’s fault and to take it up with them. I will be requesting compensation.

I been staying there every time I come to Charlotte except for three times. I've been traveling to Charlotte for work since 2014. It's convenient to to work and the people are always nice.

Do not stay at this property! I had my 2 young children, my husband, and MIL stay in this hotel and the first night, our truck got broken into. A window was broken and valuables stolen. When the police came, apparently this has been "happening for awhile." multiple young kids loitering around the property and even were "friends" with the staff. the kids slept in their cars and smoked weed all night. my family and I had previously stayed at this hotel last year and it was great; that is why we chose to stay here again this year. never returning, the food was decent, staff is okay but clueless, room was dirty with fritos underneath the pull-out couch. don't waste your money!! stay somewhere safe! lesson learned.

Everything was clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Major issue was location of my room. Rm 102 was at the end of the 1st floor next to a storage door right next to outside exit door. The door was busy slamming shut throughout the night. I got in late realizing after i was in bed. Very frustrating night. Kept waking me up. I let front desk know during early checkout. She was sweet...apologized. wouldve liked a refund.
