Exactly what I was looking for, convenient and close to where I needed to be. Will definitely use them again if ever I need an overnight stay in the area. Reasonable rate & clean room.

From the moment of my arrival, I was convinced that I made the right choice for my stay. The check-in process was very smooth. I was given an opportunity to upgrade and took advantage of the offer. Responses to my inquiries about dining, entertainment, shopping, getting around Charlotte, etc., were immediate, helpful and accurate. As I toured the area of the Ritz's location to visit other hotel chain that I most often frequent, I continued to be very happy having chosen the Ritz. The staff was universally customer focused. Any request was met with an enthusiastic and efficient response. I observed other guests being assisted and came away feeling that my experienced was--as far as I could determine--in keeping with Ritz's approach to serving their guests. The consierge, Mark, especially went above and beyond--at one point--walking me to a restaurant near The Ritz Carlton to make sure I found my way there easily.

I had a good overall experience. The hotel was only booked at 30%. I was slightly disappointed with my balcony view especially considering there were other rooms available.

It was a great room. Comfortable bed. Sheets seemed clean. Temperature was good. Wish they had shampoos. You would have to bring your own to take a shower. Other than that, I would definitely go back to Motel 6

This was our first time at and Aloft Hotel and the first time we traveled with our dog. The fact that the hotel allowed dogs was the very reason I had found it on the internet. The facilities were lovely and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our room, it was bigger than I expected. Great time had by the entire family. We will definitely be back!

Stayed one night and had an enjoyable stay. Clean, quite and nice staff.
