Team was great from check in to check out.. pool was perfect temperature,, not to hot, not to cold.. spacious rooms !!! Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Charlotte!! Thank you for the wonderful stay .!!

I was harrassed and spoken very rudely by Tim or tom regarding the dog wirh i have a camera in my showing the dogs were normal but tim was confused about other dogs making a noise. At check in they told me $25 per day per dog after seeing my dog but now they charged me $100 per day for the 2 gods when its suppose to be $50 a day for both dogs, $25 each. Horrible customer service, very rude....i will dispute it with my bank

The stay was fine, but I just wish the front desk agent would have told me there was an indoor pool that was open. I would have got in the pool. He told me about breakfast, which was real basic (sausage looked under cooked), drink machine was out of order‼️ Good for 1️⃣ night, but would not stay multiple nights.

Everything was good , until a few days later my account was charged for full price even though I booked my stay through expedia and the security hold was still pending too. I called to check I was told that It was refunded and it will hit my account with in a few days and that was few days a go already and still nothing. I didn't like they were just able to do that easily plus this never happened to me before so it I felt like i was getting scammed I hate it.

I would have given five stars but I heard traffic all night..Hotel is very clean and staff was great. Breakfast was eggs,bacon,toast,bagles,waffles,muffins.

I hardly slept the entire night. This was no fault of the property but the room above me was stomping/jumping/banging on the floor the entire night. There appeared to be a very large group of children on a sports trip and apparently some were unattended. Noise in the hall. Doors slamming, etc. There was a car parked on the side of the building where my room was that was blasting music during the night after I had gone to bed. No fault of the staff but the stay was terrible.

The door is closed in the night, and only the staff can open the door for guest, that make me feel safe. The breakfast is good.

Nice hotel.
Nice clean comfortable hotel. Friendly employees. Good breakfast. Quiche, scrambled eggs, small bottles of milk, baby yogurts. As well as breads and cereal. Could hear noisy neighbors more than would like. But not horrible.

I was happy with the stay,with 2 exceptions. I thought for a Marriott hotel the breakfast was lacking items to choose from besides no butter,no cream cheese and the broken juice machine. It was a nice breakfast area though. We showed up at the hotel and asked if an early check in was possible. She said our room was ready, but that she would have to charge us a "early check in fee" of $ 30. NEVER in my years of travel have ever heard of such a charge. Basically saying we can offer better customer service, but we are going to have to charge you for it. Very disappointing.
