Mr. Jean checked me in right away. He was very accommodating and professional which set the tone of wonderful hospitality. The hotel design, cleanliness and room accommodations are all excellent. Having the Charolet Mall walking distance across the street is perfect! I would truly stay here again.

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable room. Be aware there is no shuttle service to the airport. We had to find transportation at 5:45am, and reception person was extremely helpful helping us arrange taxi the evening before. She gave us business cards to several taxi services, and said Uber and the like are not always reliable early am. We used Universal Taxi, I think he’s a one man show, $20 per person , was 15 minutes late, but got us to the airport . Next time will book closer to airport with shuttle. Good hotel, otherwise!!

We arrived there was kids running up and down halls and parents yelling down halls. We left for dinner and had plans when we returned it was 10:30pm at night or later not sure time it was late and I could hear loud music through walls. We called down to ask about Netflix which wouldn’t work and complain about music and no one answered. Next day at checkout I asked to add my points to my account she said can’t do that because I booked with Expedia. I tried use app for purchase said it was full so because I used Expedia can’t have points? I still stayed at Marriott. I did this few weeks ago another Marriott she said yes and added it but I noticed it didn’t take so don’t book through anything if you want points but app apparently.

Big room, everything looks like new and clean. There is enough space for 5 sleepers and a lot helpful stuff ( 2 big TV, small refrigerator and coffeemaker and desk)
