The room we were assigned, and this hotel was booked months in advance, was for someone with a disability, which we didn’t request, and felt like this was obviously given to us last minute as the room wasn’t inspected or prepped in a while, fridge hadn’t been running in a while, took hours to cool, internet wasn’t accessible for our stay, told to go into the hall if access was needed, pillows were basic 12” throw pillows with pillow cases on them, we opted out of our second pre booked nights, biggest issue was a customer who was in line ahead of myself was given last minute accommodations and when we checked in, felt like we were given sloppy seconds with room assignments and when asked if could be moved, told all rooms had been accounted for, try again in the morning, would not stay again or recommend
