I felt very safe inside and at 2am when my pet wanted a trip outside! It is so quiet and peaceful, everything is very clean, hotel smells so good everywhere, personnel are so nice & caring. Only one thing I don't like is that pet fee where they charge $50 every day for cleaning yet they only clean yr room omce a week.

Didnt expecting, when I reached there at 5 pm still my room not be ready to check in and didnt be able to sleep because was so noisy and not clean, noting for breakfast also .

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a recommendation for dinner. And on her our typed up a list of local restaurants.Was very nice and helpful. Also the one she recommended Eddie was delicious and worth the short drive.
Customer services was horrible, will never stay at that place ever again

Adequate Suites Room
Hotel was adequate although bedroom was a bit dated. Refrigerator in the room was too noisy and disturbed sleep.

The suite was nice but is in need of some repairs. The pool was not clean and to cold to go swimming. The stairs were carpeted and in need of a good cleaning.
Everything excellent! Enjoyed our stay!
No complaints! Price was phenomenal for all we got!

The set up of the place was convenient to have a full kitchen in the rooms. I reserved two rooms and called in advance to request adjoining rooms and they told me they didn’t have adjoining rooms, when we arrived our room had a door to another room. Not the other half of our party.
The room was filthy. Visible dirt and grime around the tile and trim in bathroom. Toilet seat was up with hair on it. My 1 yr olds knees and tops of feet were black within 10 mins or arriving and crawling across the floor of the bedroom.
The room keys wouldn’t stay activated. Every time we came back to the room they had to be reactivated. Some times just from the trip from the front desk back to the room.

Our connecting rooms are limited at this property with only 1 per floor, and as a result we never guarantee them to our arrivals as adjoining rooms may be occupied. Exceptional room and services! Lovely area for breakfast, helpful staff, and all very clean and quiet. Would be great for an extended stay, and will certainly stay again when in the area..

absolutely terrible. went up to have a weekend getaway with 2 friends of mine. the person over 21 needed for check in backed out. i called the hotel and requested a refund. they refused. i asked if they could help us out just this once. they refused. i explained we live hours away and have nowhere to stay for the 2 nights and everyone we spoke to acted like they didn’t care if we slept on the streets. about terrible service.

Our policy has always been enforced at our hotel, of no one under the age of 21 could rent or stay in a room. The agent that booked the reservation was also aware, as we are very consistent on updating policies with all booking agents to stay on top of the information posted. The agent is who charged you for your reservation not the hotel. They were also the ones that would not refund the booking. However, our policies are going to be followed.Thank you
We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and brought our dog, location and price met our needs. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. No complaints here at all. Highly recommend this hotel.
