There were 3 other people staying in the hotel and he put me on the second floor and they have no stairs and I have alot stuff since i travel for work not gonna stay here again theres a nice Marriott across the street

Run down but clean. We stayed here as a result of our delayed flight. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is very basic and continental. Not sure of hours as they were putting it away by 930.

The manager was nice and cooperative. It was quiet and the beds appeared to be clean. Breakfast had a variety and was good. The 1st room was okay. However, when we went to use the refrigerator it was green with mold. We asked for another room and was moved. The 2nd room refrigerator worked. However all the grounds on plugs were broken and stuck in outlets. From the reviews , we chose this hotel because it was near a Cracker Barrell. I hope it was just a bad night, but worst meal we have traveling. We only need a place to sleep, but will not return.

A wonderful stay
We were going up to see the McAdenville lights. Everything went as planned, the room was nice. The bed was nice along with the pillows that were both new. The only complaint that I would even have was that the pressure in the shower wasn’t strong enough, and there were only two settings. Everything else was absolutely amazing including the staff. We will be back to stay at this best western.

The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and professional…we was checked in 9:00 pm at November 03 ) We was so impressed it’s not have this experience lately nowhere I’m mean nowhere ! Room was very clean even a sofa was clean like new. The have beautiful floor!!!!!..NO dirty carpet like most of the place…We been here this hotel couple a time the was always nice and clean the rooms !!! We always use this hotel if we are this area…🎉❤️🎉

Where's my deposit?
It was a relatively ok experience, toilet had a little issue with the refill valve but nothing major , they offered to fix it right away , but I was charged an extra $100 and was told it was for deposit but I have not received it back yet! Also the key card kept on not being read by the machine at the door and they had to reprogram it several times! When will I get my deposit back? I left the room as it was when I arrived!

I don't demand much as I'm in town for work. For the positive the staff that I encountered were all friendly. The condition of the room was subpar to pour considering the price. This was more on par within $80 per night room

It was terrible room, worn dirty bed sheets and blankets with hair and stains everywhere freezer, microwave,and table, chair. Spider in bath tub, not cleaned toilet at all.

Gastonia Best Western
Room looked clean, like the room had been cleaned, but obviously it hadn’t had the sheets changed as they had crumbs and hair between the sheets. Gross. Informed them and the cleaning crew did not come change the sheets, I had to do it myself. They gave me 50% off but then charged me extra for my dog. Nasty but I really only needed the room for my stuff to not have it in my car while I was out and about. Door also didn’t lock properly, seemed not secure other than the key card. USB broken on the lamp. Toilet didn’t flush the first night, we had to flush it ourselves by removing the lid to the tank in the back. Won’t stay there again.
