I arrived at the hotel for checkin on April 9, 2024 for my reservation consisting of 2 rooms. I was told they only had 1 room reserved for me. Me, my husband, and daughter were left with no option but to try and find another hotel room at 8:00 at night. They staff offered my no help whatsoever. I had already paid for 2 rooms. They claimed they were booked. I thankfully got a room at the Marriott across the street. I’ve never been offered a refund for my reservation either. Terrible experience to say the least.
