"The room was visibly dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hand prints on the walls and bathroom doors, soap scum, etc... I had to use an alcohol wipe and sanitize main surfaces because I didn't quite trust it. You get what you pay for?! Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the space layout was nice and the location was great and convenient."

"We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stay there every time we go to AZ. It has everything anyone needs. Location, cleanliness, etc. Rooms are big and very clean. The one and only thing that we didn't like was that you have to pay for parking. That was new and might make me look for another hotel. I figure as much as I pay to stay at a hotel for 4-5 nights, eat at their restaurant that is the last thing I should have to pay for. They have a pool that is open till 11 pm although I didn't use it."

"We stayed for 4 nights while we were waiting to finalize the selling of our home and buying another home. The location was great, easy access to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m taking off a star because the pool was very dirty and unusable which was unfortunate. We would have liked to use it. The breakfast had a nice assortment of options. Liked that it had free parking."

"I booked a stay at this hotel went to the casino wild horse pass had a bad experience there my wallet was stolen so I had no iD# to now check inn tried calling numerous times no answer just a busy signal. Still calling its been 4 days and still can't reach anyone no manager no customer service I BOOKED THREW HOTELS.COM THEY COULDN'T EVEN REACH ANYONE."
