"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"Lovely loft style condo in town center with unparalleled views. Very clean and comfortable after a big day of hiking and exploring. Note to management company…Hallway lighting isn’t the best and lockbox was a bit difficult to manage due to lighting and location on the doorframe. Might need to be replaced."

"Two minute walk from train to great apartment in very lively area. Beautiful rooftop deck with 360 degree views, can’t be beat! John’s instructions were very clear and thorough. We had to reach out once and he took care of us right away. Very close to everything. Bars, restaurants, shopping, even a small supermarket. Thank you for the hospitality John!"

"Excellent location for access to town and buses to all the resorts, lovely little apartment which was great for 2 people but wouldn’t want to have for people to stay as would have been tight. Only tv was orange box which I needed to retune and didn’t have access to most channels, could do with a smart tv do you have the option of signing into your own tv subscription so you can relax, would advise not taking a hire car as really tight street where damage was caused to our car even though parked...

"We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location - the train station is nice and close by and you’re only a few mins walk from the town centre. There were only two of us so the apartment was plenty big enough for us. We loved the balconies and having a drink on the balcony after a day on the slopes was a highlight. The information supplied for the apartment was excellent and we loved the hosts recommendation for Munchie. We would definitely return to this great apartment and...

"Pros: Great location, next to city center and Aiguille du Midi. Very walkable, convenience stores right next to the unit. Very clean. Cons: very small for American standards, parking was a mess. Also, very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom due to a shared vent with other units. WiFi wasn’t really working,."

"Great budget rental for Chamonix. It is exactly as advertised. Two great bedrooms meant for adults and one bunk bed room only fit for kids. The property is in a quiet neighborhood five minute walk from Chamonix center. Word of caution, it is at the top of a pretty steep hill. Not a problem for healthy adults and kids, but could be a problem for older folks. We recommend this property and would definitely rent it again."

"Wonderful apartment with an amazing view. It looks exactly like the photos, bright, open, and modern - but with a new, larger TV. The wrap around balcony is big with 4 doors to access it - from both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the main living area. Across the street from the Brevant gondola and a short (but steep) walk to/from town. Martin was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. We hope to stay here again."

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
