Staff including manager went the extra mile, helping us to find a doctor and get an appointment when my son was sick. Even better if kitchen in duplex was more equipped, we needed to ask for a pot and few more glasses etc.

Loved it
Loved our stay at karyada. Hikmet, the owner of the property went out of his way to help us. There's a beautiful pool in the centre of the property he got the kids pool floaties as it was too deep. It's a beautiful hotel 5 mins walk from market and yet the location is such that its quiet and peaceful. Loved it.

Mattress and bed were very uncomfortable. And noisy. Every turn during sleep was causing a lot of noise and waking up. Pool was not clean yet. Breakfast was poor.

This customer has been blacklisted. He has left the hotel without paying his extras. He was told that there was a major power outage in the area before cheching in and therefore the pool was not maintained until the day of their check-in. The pool was cleaned immediately (1hour) after the complaint by the guest. Never received negative feedback on neither beds nor breakfast.

cosy place close to the martkes
Cleainliness of the rooms was acceptable including to the kitchen staff. Parking was easy and close to the markets especially buying ice cubes Balcony was impressive to ewt and drink while staring at swimming pool. Just missing a glass of water in refrigrator was boring

Çok yardımcılar
Odadaki giderden gelen berbat koku dışında herşey çok iyiydi. Çok misafirperver davranıldı. Kahvaltı ve havuz gayet iyiydi. Ayrıca Doğan Beye teşekkür ederiz. Ulaşım ve restoranlar için birçok ek bilgi verdi, çok yardımcı oldu.

Otel sahibi Kadri bey ve müdürü Mehmet bey güler yüzleri ve mükemmel kibarlıkları ile ailem ile birlik de bizleri otellerin de çok güzel ağırladılar her konu da son derece yardımsever tavırlarıyla ilgilendiler aynı kibarlık çalışanlarına da yansımış, aileniz ile konaklayabileceğiniz mükemmel bir ortam,odalar büyük ve temiz bir daha Alaçatıya geldiğim de kesinlikle konaklayabileceğim arkadaşlarıma da kesinlikle önereceğim yer Alaçatı meydana, değirmenlere yürüme mesafesi 500 mt.
