"We rented 2 rooms. They only had one room for my wife. And I and not for my son. And then when we had to take my son twenty minutes away, one way they charged us full price and said it was our fault.Because we were a walking at the pear tree.By the airport, the company was disgusting.Not the people"

"The greatest asset of this hotel is its proximity to the Arch, riverfront and Busch Stadium. The room was clean and spacious. The 3 complimentary drinks per guest were good. The complimentary buffet dinner was awful. The complimentary breakfast was tolerable. Parking is $30 per night extra. Use caution, spaces are tight and there is plenty of paint on the concrete pillars (just ask the staff)."

"So.....I booked this hotel because parking was included. When we arrived at about 4:30 (check in was 4:00) they told us it was mandatory valet parking and it was $50.00. We had no option. Upon checkout - we had to wait in line over 1/2 hour for our vehicle to be retrieved standing in a hot garage. I complained about the parking fee to Hotels.Com but have not heard back and this has not been resolved. The room and bed were fine, however, the hotel was sold out and we were on the 12th floor. We could NOT get an elevator as everytime the door opened it was full to the brim. We ended up having to use the nasty stair wells."

"The staff was very kind, but we kept getting locked off our floor and they continued to do it. And we were supposed to get the rodeo room, which included a couch with hideabed a bathtub separate from ice shower, and we got none of the above the bathroom was still dirty.We paid a hundred and sixty dollars a night and we did not get what we paid for."

"The air conditioner in room 731 was not working and there was no safe in the room BUT a gentleman provided one within 5 minutes. Also I was over charged on my invoice as I checked out on 6/7 but my invoice stated in checked out on 6/8/2026. I called and was told " if you checked out on the 7th and if it is true, then we will credit you as if I was untruthful. Received call that I was telling the truth. I am a member have for the most part my experiences have been EXCELLENT but this stay was horrible!!!"
