"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"remm Roppongi delivered beyond expectations. This hotel is an ultimate stay in Tokyo as it's very nice, clean, and quiet with great amenities and a wonderful staff. It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes. "Very good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi night life street and subway. Loads of food options. Stayed in the Annex building, overall is fine, but not as convenient to use the washing machine as it is in the main building. The dryer was also rather weak, had to run almost 2 hours to dry a small load."
