"Unfortunately they overbooked and were not able to give me a double bed room and had to go for the king last minute. Also, it was barely 10:45AM and I already had a man knocking hard on the door as I was changing getting ready to leave the room just checking to see if I was almost leaving, mind you checkout is at 11AM. I then went to the checkout desk and no one was there, I had to step into the dinning area and after a few minutes a girl came out, very snarky like I was supposed to know that key drop off was exiting the parking lot...Also, lots of noise in the early morning, I understand renovations are happening but not worth the price. Room looks very nice and fancy, bed was comfortable...overall the place could do better as far as customer service and treating guests with a lot more consideration."
