Fun getaway for spring break. Pool is super warm and Jacuzzi great. Property well maintained. Room very clean . Our view was spectacular. Definitely coming back.

My expectations for the room and property were exceeded. The view was as-advertised, as well as the amenities. The room was clean with more than enough accessories. The staff was helpful and supportive. I feel that it was priced reasonably for what we received. I will be saying again in the future !

Weather was rough but the view was still beautiful. The rooms are always warm and beautiful. I’m so happy they have a restaurant open again on the property.

The condos are old but the one we stayed in had been remodeled. It no longer had a fireplace and I think it would have been nice to have one. The TV only worked intermittently and we had staff come 3 times to try and fix it. It was not able to be fixed. Our unit was on the ground level and there were small children screaming and running upstairs. You could hear every footstep. The views were beautiful. We loved the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If we decide to stay again we will choose a top floor unit.

Heater went out all night no staff were able to be reached at the property our room was less than 40* for 7 hours and my two small children were freezing also utility alarms we’re going off all night and the staff laughed at me for asking for a refund I did not receive had to be in our car for 4 hours after the cold became to much for my children

Nothing on my reservation said condo and that was their reason for no elevator. Two main entrance lights were out and they only replaced the small bulb. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, coffee cups weren’t replaced, shower was dirty around the base. The stairs to main floor were too narrow. Pathway to restaurant wasn’t lit all the way, dangerous. Parking was good. Walkable to Old Town and around marina.

An amazingly romantic weekend
It was very nice! The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice and took care of things right away when asked. It was quiet and a spectacular view. The rates were really reasonable!

2nd stay. Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. If your objective is a peaceful relaxing time, forget it. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors on both sides were incredibly loud we couldn't sleep. Worst part about that statement is, I wear hearing aides, but didn't need them to listen to neighbor A's TV, or neighbor B yell at their kids, or listen to the smoke detectors as they continually worked on their culinary ineptitude. We had 2 miserable nights stay, and couldn't wait to leave. Haven't been on vacation in years, this was a very rough experience. It will be our last at Embarcadero. Next time we drive 3 hours to the coast, we will go to Driftwood Shores in Florence. The rooms are just as dated, but cleaner, and more importantly they are sound proofed, quiet. So, more relaxing.

At check-in we were treated VERY disrespectful. The lady at the check-in counter treated us as if we not welcome. Simple question as to getting a boat slip or where to park our boat trailer she snapped back a response with no real directions as to where to proceed. She needs to find a new job or the Embarcadero is going to continue to get pour responses.

The view of the bay was spectacular -- the living room and balcony looked right out at the bridge. Many of the furnishings were nice -- good appliances, sinks/faucets, etc. However, the walls were quite thin and we were easily able to hear the people upstairs, who weren't being particularly loud. Also, the bedroom didn't have a functional heating source so it got rather cold and there weren't any extra blankets.

Nice weekend stay
The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The view is amazing. I was happy with the property but be warned that the walls are ridiculously thin. We heard every word our neighbors were saying at 10:30 at night. We heard every door slam since they apparently don't know how to close a door without slamming. It made for a very annoying night. It was hard to tell exactly which room the noise was coming from due to the layout of the building otherwise I would have been knocking on a door. I complained at the front desk the next morning and they must have figured out which unit it was because that night was peaceful. The young lady at the desk was so apologetic and very helpful. All in all a really nice stay even with the inconsiderate annoying neighbors.

The layout of the buildings is unique and cool. Great view of the Bay. Our unit was very cozy and convenient. The one big negative is that the towel rod fell off the wall as my husband reached for it from the shower. He fell to the floor!
