"The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "

"Location was good and safe. Very near metro. Unfortunately my 9th floor room faced west so I had the sun beating in almost all day... unless I shut all the drapes which was depressing. It is an unmarked building so good luck finding it. No little extras like bath soap and shampoo or a bottle of water. TV is in bedroom area not living room area. Wifi is good. No one speaks English do you better know Spanish. I paid in advance but I got a bill under my door to pay again. What a frustrating...

"Boa experiência. É um apartamento comum, com aprox. 40m. Não tem nenhum serviço de comida, lanchonete, etc. Mas tem lugares muito bons para tomar café a 2 quadras. A região não é a mais bonita de Santiago. Está perto do centro. Gostei da experiência e devo voltar a ficar aqui."

"This is a small grouping of apartments about two miles from downtown. The ocean is just down the road. Great for a family, with plenty of room and new looking digs. They bring breakfast to you in the morning. English skills are good and the usual Chilean warmth and hospitality are present. If you want to be just a little off the beaten path from the go-go of this surfer town, this place works. Super nice staff. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. "
