We had trouble unlocking the door. I asked the front desk to help. Despite being understaffed, the lady on duty put up a small I'll be right back sign and came up the elevator with me to show me how to work the electronic key. It was a very nice room, great bed, we walked around the block to eat. it is a nice location close to the airport with a spectacular landscape view of the Rockies which we covered in fresh snow...short ride to the airport after breakfast.. what's not to like? The room rate was good too.
Very friendly desk staff. Free valet parking & great valet staff. We received a complimentary upgrade to the club level since they had plenty of vacancy this particular night. However the room & bathroom was small & a bit crowded for two people - perfect for only one.
Very nice, sprawling facility with nice views, but had a slight stale odor throughout the hallways.
It was located in very convenient location for our purpose. One thing that we wanna make a comment about is that the usage of the pool by so many small children for all day long. We were discouraged to go there by looking at the bunch of little kids running around the pool....disappointed.
Staff was all very capable and professional. The young man on the front desk at night was probably the best I have ever encountered. I would have tried to steal him if I was still managing a business! The only problem with breakfast was it was so good that everyone came and stayed late, thus overflowing the available space, but the staff moved tables and chairs into the hall way to handle the crowd - a nice problem from my perspective.
The rooms were great and the laundry a pleasant change from the cramped laundry closets that are so common. It has four washers and four dryers.
The room was plenty nice, especially considering it cost less than $100 a night. The front desk staff seems undertrained and not as professional as a front desk attendant should be. Overall though, a good place to stay.
Breakfast food wasn't really good but other than that, my family and I were pleased with our stay. Very family friendly. I had my four kids all under the age of 7. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We loved our hotel room. It was beautiful, my husband and I didn't really want to leave. Bed was alright but the sofa bed, we want to keep for our own. That's how comfortable it was.
Hotel was nice and even though staff was in training, both attendants were courteous and assisted with the best of their ability. The only real downfall was that this hotel does not allow pets, but somebody snuck in a pet anyway and this persons dog barked off and on throughout the night. I mentioned this to the front desk attendants in the morning, but do not know what became of this.
Known locally as DTC, the Denver Tech Center is located about 30 minutes from downtown Denver. This suburb teems with commercial buildings and corporate offices. At night, white-collar workers unwind during happy hour at nearby pubs and sports bars. Or head to Park Meadows Mall or Southwest Plaza for shopping, dinner, and arcades.
