I took my son here for his birthday. We were disappointed the water features weren’t working. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. He still had a great time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. I’d give property another chance but will call before booking to make sure the water features are working.

My stay caused a lot of frustration. The location had bed bugs and the staff was not helpful in trying to fix the problem. My trip had to be rearranged in the middle of the night.

Reserved and paid for 2 bed room on Expedia. Upon checking in they said they only had a king room and that Expedia says in the small print that it doesn’t guarantee your room. Ok… why did I book a double, pay for it, and get a confirmation of a double, only to get here and have them say ‘expedias fault, not ours.’ Very stressful when trying to get checked in quickly before game.

When we walked into the hotel it smelled so clean! How refreshing! The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The young man helping us get checked in was very friendly! Our bedroom was clean and orderly. Great place to stay!

Hotel was good overall. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, good breakfast. My only complaint is that after I completed my check in, the person at the front desk told me that I should have told her I was visiting a student because they would have given me a much better rate. Why didn’t she tell me 5 minutes earlier? No one likes to hear they could have paid a lot less right after they paid for their room.

Okay Stay
Upon checking in, we saw several bugs in the stairwell. Chairs in the dining room were stained on the upholstery. The noise insulation is not very good as it is possible to hear folks walking around at all hours of the day and night. The fire alarm went off several times before 6:30am one morning of our stay due to a system "malfunction". The next night, there was someone jiggling our door handle. That is out of the hotel's control, but at properties of this level, you often have those things happen based on who is staying at the hotel. Overall it was a fine place to stay, but I would not stay at this hotel again. I would opt for a more expensive better cared for property.

Room was dirty and dusty, bits of trash and crumbs on the floor, stained and wet curtains in main room. Sofa pull out bed sheets were covered in stains and clearly not changed from the previous guest. However the breakfast was decent and the pool was fantastic for kids.

Staff must of had an staff appreciation night, handing out prizes etc. allowing the staff children to run and scream in/ out of the building up/ down 3 floors. Staff had no control of the kids, making this very uncomfortable. Frustrating for visitors that came to have a relaxing stay. Checking out- staff was repeatedly told how disruptive the kids were, no compensation was offered.

The front desk worker Angelou, if I spelt that right, was amazing. He worked hard to make our stay more convenient. Our room was nice and there was plenty of space! The pool and other facilities here are great along with the good variety of breakfast foods! I would stay here agin! 5 out if 5 ⭐s!

This place is nice and the rooms are big. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is better than I have ever seen for a free breakfast. I would have give 5 stars for the property condition and facilities but the elevator broke down while we were trying to leave. We had to help one of the employees get unstuck from the elevator. Other than that little mishap we were extremely satisfied with the room. I would definitely stay again.

The room was large and clean. The staff we talked to were all helpful and friendly. However, this was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to listen to the TV of the room next to us all night long. We could hear it as if it were in our room. The walls must not be very well insulated. Our room was near the elevator. We heard it every time it opened. We heard every time a guest got ice or a soda. There were kids screaming, running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night. I understand that wasn't the hotels fault but it sounded like they were in our room. The pool area was nice and clean but the chemicals were so strong it was burning mine and my husband's eyes so badly we had to leave the pool earlier than we had hoped. We werent even in the water. We were just sitting by the pool while our daughter played. Once we got back to the room the chemicals had done such a number on her we had to give her allergy meds because she couldn't breathe through her nose. She was fine the next day so she wasn't sick. Overall I was disappointed with our stay.
