The property, while in a nice part of NM, sits back a one lane, dirt/muddy road, on which, you pass dilapidated, disintegrating houses with what appears to be financially poor occupants and yards covered in debris of various sorts and junk cars. The inside of the house smells like wet dog, the kitchen is old, the counter tops were sticky (I washed everything I used from the kitchen due to the questionable cleanliness ), the laundry room sink had not been cleaned in I can't tell you how long, and there was food left in the fridge from a prior occupant. Most of the furnishings are cheap and broken down. One night we were awakened to loud, obnoxious, probably drunk, neighbors making a ruckus for quite a while. We did not feel safe in the home as there is one way out and you are trapped at the house if someone were to block the driveway. I took pictures of all the junk laying around outside the house and the pathetic state of the kitchen which I can not post here as there is no way to attach them. I do not recommend this property. It is NOT a mountain retreat.
