Breath taking
As soon as my husband and I walked through the gate we were taken away with the view. We walked in the house and it was so cozy and we couldn’t wait to unpack our bags and crack open a cold one on the deck watching the rest of the sun going down.

Holiday with a view
A comfortable holiday home with everything we needed as a family. Our kids appreciated the books and games too. Beautiful view of the coast and lighthouse.

Family beach break
We are four generations who try to take a trip together once a year to the beach, age range is 2yrs to 83yrs. Micheal & Bobbie’s beautiful bach was absolutely perfect, all on one level with two separate fully fenced & secure deck's, which gave us absolute peace of mind with small children. The view from each is beautiful. The bach is setup superbly, they have thought of everything. We stayed five nights , the last two, the weather decided to take a turn for the worse, but that didn’t matter as there was a fantastic selection of board games & DVD’S, so we popped a roast on in the well set up kitchen ( honestly there is everything you need in this kitchen) and settled in for a family game day. It was perfect. Thank you so much Micheal & Bobbi for allowing us to stay in your slice of paradise & for your lovely welcome gift , such a beautiful touch. We all had a wonderful break & look forward to staying again. Katrina

Such a special place!
A very homely bach that was perfect for us and our two dogs. Great views of Castle rock and the lighthouse and to watch storms rolling in and sunrises and sunsets! Will definitely stay here again.

The booking and communication with Michael was easy and seamless. Was great to even meet him during our stay. The property was perfect for us and our fur babies. Experiencing a cyclone
If we had to be at the beach during a cyclone this house was perfect. Views were truly amazing. Extremely comfortable. When the power and cell coverage went out Michael was next door and provided us with water and hooked us up to his generator. He was brilliant. Would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic stay for two nights as a quiet getaway for the wife and I. The place is lovely as are the views from both decks. Close to shop and reef, was perfect for a kid free escape. Be keen to return again in the future.

Beautiful, well appointed and clean house, with sun, expansive views and 2 secure decks made this an ideal holiday home for us. I appreciated being able to bring my dog (sincere apologies, Michael, her reaction to you was so out of character, I think she just got a fright.) Would definitely recommend!

An oasis of calm
This comfortable little holiday home is a private, peaceful place in which to relax and take in some great views. The owners are friendly and helpful. The board games, books and dvds give it that great old-school bach feel.

Great view
Well appointed, sheltered with great view. Good supply of puzzles & games. We travelled with our elderly mother so she got the master bedroom, my husband, myself & teenage son are all about 6 foot tall and found the remaining beds way too short for us. We made it work. The house would be better for a couple & 2 kids. The pull out couch is uncomfortable with a very thin mattress.

Weekend in Castlepoint
We had a lovely stay at this holiday home, with stunning views of the lighthouse and the ocean. Having the beaches, fishing spots and the general store close by was great to enjoy through the weekend too.

Perfect beach house
Such a fantastically set up house. Has everything you need. The views are awesome and the lighthouse light show at night is fun for the kids. Lovely hosts and great communication. Very accommodating and made the stay a breeze.

Stunning views
Set on the hill with views to the lighthouse and out to sea from two balconies and amazing sunrises! We went out-of season, which was perfect, no crowds and the chance to quietly discover an absolute gem. The property too was lovely and would return again.
