Hotel and staff were excellent except for three things: bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, air con in room barely functioned, it never got cool. Finally the lovely and generous breakfast buffet is slated to run from 7:30 to 10 am. Upon arriving for breakfast just after 9 am, the crew was busily cleaning up the buffet! Some items were missing and others were doubled up in the remaining service platters. The crew was noisily and hurriedly clearing off table pre-settings, making it hard for folks arriving after 9 am to find a table that was set up for breakfast. What a shame to make customers arriving On Time only to experience excessive clanging and shuffling of table settings and to feel rushed in getting breakfast and unable to find certain usual items. This was a shame for such a nice hotel. Management needs to keep the buffet open and Well-stocked until 10 am as advertised to customers. Let clean up start after 10 am, so customers are not inconvenienced by lack of selection and excessive noise. We felt rushed as were several other customers
