Eric, the young man I checked in with is a jewel! He tolerated my silly questions and got me settled in quite nicely. His dining suggestion was spot on! I never got the a/c to work, but I'm certain that was my failing not theirs.

Service was very friendly. Having a balcony was great. For a non smoking room, it had definitely been smoked in and we had to open all the windows to make it bearable.

We loved that the hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the most important reason for us, the ruins of Pompei! Nice new hotel with parking and breakfast included.

One of the people who manned the reception desk hardly understood or spoke any English. Difficult to communicate with her. Otherwise, the place was wonderful

Good choice
Hotel is on a busy main street in Caserta within walking distance of the Reggia. Clean and modern rooms match hotel's four-star rating. They have their own small gated parking lot behind the hotel, which is a major convenience. Helpful front desk. A couple of good restaurants within short walking distance.

Fint hotell och fina nyrenoverade rum på en gata med mycket trafik och buller. Jag hade rummet mot gården så det var lugnare. Kvaliten på produkten är bra men det saknas en del när det gäller service och uppmärksamhet från personalen. Incheckningen tog längre tid än nödvändigt, ingen info om parkering etc. Det var jag som gäst som behövde fråga om allt. Ingen gratis wi-fi, ingen personal i frukostrummet (fick hämta dem i receptionen där de satt och pratade). I rummet fanns info om utcheckning kl 12 men fick veta av receptionisten att det var fel info och att rummet skulle lämnas kl 10.30. All personal var vänlig men det brister i detaljerna o info

Tre notti a Caserta
Hotel in posizione favorevole per raggiungere la stazione treni e la reggia in 15 minuti a piedi, con parcheggio auto gratuito, anche se difficoltose le manovre. Buono il servizio di pulizia con cambio giornaliero della biancheria. Colazione servita in camera, sufficiente. Aria condizionata efficiente. Unica pecca: la scarsa gentilezza e professionalità di uno degli addetti alla reception, indolente e svogliato

L'hotel è collocato sulla strada principale, a dieci minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della Reggia. Il personale è ospitale e gentile come pochi ce ne sono.

Tante cose da migliorare.
La posizione dell'albergo e' comoda e la presenza del garage e' una nota positiva. Le note negative sono invece: tavoletta del water rotta, sostegno della doccia rotto, scarsa pulizia soprattutto in bagno, locale per la colazione piccolo e maleodorante. La colazione va' prenotata come ai tempi del covid.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Königspalast. Personal war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und aufgestellt. Nur das Frühstück wird Serviert (kein Buffet) und da gab es trotz ausfüllen eines Zettels grosse Verwirrung.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti per visitare la reggia, camera e spazi comuni puliti, personale disponibile e gentile, colazione varia ,per ora fanno decidere al check in cosa si vuole e viene servita dal cameriere nella sala colazione, ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo

Non un quattro stelle.. un buon tre stelle.. Purtroppo stanza umida e in più c’è stato 1 imprevisto dell’hotel e non ne abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda.Nota positiva: personale cortese e parcheggio.
