"Tweaker above me all night long stomping all over! Bed bugs! Swimming pool can’t be used! Most of the staff is very nice, minus one who was apparently very inconvenienced by having to get towels for the room. Also, found a bed bug! Rooms are half ass cleaned. I will not be back!"

"We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain was over a foot long and was very visible and upsetting. I’d throw that out of my own house if I could not remove it. The manager did provide something to make up for the terrible experience. I don’t think this is typical but the stain was just too much!!!"
