"Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. But overall, it was spacious, clean, sufficiently warm, and the interior was very modern and classy :) Will choose this hotel again for sure!"

"The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back. "

"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate."
