"Ibis suited our purpose. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. However, every day our card deactivated and had to get recoded. And the hairdryer doesn’t work for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. "The staff are very friendly, proactive and helpful. Daily room cleaning is very good. Staff helped us to make restaurant booking. Because we can't speak Italian, their assistance meant a lot to us. We enjoy staying at Hotel Residence Aurora."

"The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
