Our room overlooked the Faragnoli and the quieter seaside of Capri. Hotel Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful views from everywhere. The rooms were nicely appointed. They provided shuttles every 10 minutes to the center of town and were very close to beach and water activities.

The property is very very close to the beach. There are very few options on Capri that are anywhere near a beach let alone only a 4 minute walk. They let you bring the pool towels and drinks down to the beach and enjoy the beautiful area and waters Capri has to offer

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! This was my first time visiting Capri and I would come back in a heart beat! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our room. A young man named named Antonio was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. There was a shuttle to bring us into town which was a quick 5 minute ride. Marina Piccola was just a short walk from the hotel where you could swim or enjoy a meal. The hotel offered shuttle service from marina grande where we got off the ferry. The hotel restaurant was great and convenient If we didn’t want to leave the property for a meal. Overall, great experience and hope to return here one day :)

It’s in a more remote location, that is absolutely stunning, but access to the free shuttle to town makes everything easy. Staff are Amazing. We extended our trip by 2 days and the matched our Expedia price. We will be back for sure!

The shuttle worked out perfectly , like everyone said it’s definitely dated, breakfast was fine (the waiter acted like he was making the capuchinos himself, we ordered 4 at a time for 2 of us! The front desk was incredibly nice and informative . They went beyond to make sure we got where we needed when we needed it . There was a worker that was yelling at the nice man at the front desk it was awful, he kept going on and finally spit on the poor young man. He was on the front desk later ( he shouldn’t be anywhere on this location). He was nasty , I would definitely stay here again , location alone was worth it❤️. Get rid of your rotten apple workers because everyone else was incredibly kind. The waiter with the big puss on his face for breakfast and the idiot that does nights on the front desk who spit on his roommate!

We thank you for your review and are sorry about what happened.The person shouting at the concierge desk was not one of our employees but a customerdrunk that we had to put up with for 2 days.True, he was always in the concierge desk and bothered our employees.

Property location is very convenient. Close to the beach and a quick shuttle ride to town. Anthony was the only person from the front desk that was welcoming. Everyone else was rude and dismissive.

Best location … the views of the Fraglioni Rocks from our room were amazing. Staff was top notch! And I have to give props for cleanliness. Actually saw a housekeeper on the floor cleaning the groves of the elevator landing. Appreciate the details I saw and the staff going above and beyond. Staff at restaurant were also fantastic. The free shuttle to the center and to and from the ferry was a huge plus! There’s a lot more I can say. Definitely a hotel I recommend and would return to.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay with a spectacular view from our room. Their breakfast items were great and fulfilling. I read some bad reviews that their air conditioning doesn’t work, but in my room the AC worked perfectly fine and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I loved that they offer a shuttle to the center very frequently throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I read the reviews before booking and not sure why it has gotten such a high rating. On the positive, they offer free service to/from city center, and for a small fee they offer service to the port. Other than that, the place needs updating. The rooms were clean but every part of it is outdated. Our breakfast was included in our package, yet the food was okay at best. For what we paid for the hotel, it wasn't worth it. 6/10 at best.

PERFECTION!!!
My wife and I travel a couple hundred days/yr. This hotel shocked us. Views were literally beyond description. Service was impeccable. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked fantastic and that’s a “big one” for us. We like to sleep cool. Food was fantastic! Pool was nice. Complimentary shuttle service every 10mins until 2am!

The views of marina piccola & the sea from this hotel are epic! The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, bright. The staff is attentive & ready to help with anything. Shuttle to Capri town very convenient since taxis are expensive. Many beach clubs 5 minutes walking from the hotel & beautiful public beach. Good breakfast. Loved our stay!

The view from the hotel is spectacular. One of the best views on the Island overlooking the Faraglioni. The staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure your experience was exceptional. The Manager Nikoli went above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The hotel exceeded all expectations!

The staff in particular Nicola were INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly and courteous. Nicola did everything possible to make sure that my stay was enjoyable safe and comfortable given I have a walking impairment. Upon checking in my impairment became noticeable and without any hesitation my room was switched so that I could have easy access to the elevators and hotel areas. The bar was one of the most well stocked bars with a very knowledgeable bartender. I would go as far as to say the best Martini onin Capri can be found at Weber Ambassador Hotel.

Charging for transport to the port both ways without informing you . We thought all transport was free, only to the center area was free. With 3 people it would be cheater to get taxi without wait for the shuttle and learn at check out we are being charged. Other wise out stay was good, staff friendly and location good and safe.

This is one of the very hotels with views of the famous Capri Faroglionis. Excellent view from The room, good food. Walk to the beach. Beds where Good not great. Hotel would benefit from An updated Interior and better beds.
