Central stellenbosch hotel with friendly staff
Cute central hotel for stellenbosch. The staff were just so warm, friendly and kind; made us feel very welcome. The hotel has history and is in a good location if you want to be central to the bars, restaurants and shops. A tad dated; ready for a refresh, but very clean and perfectly comfortable; slept well. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this perfect accommodation on three previous occasions for good reasons. These include the staff who continue to be charming, obliging and competent, the beautiful building and location in Stellenbosch, and the gourmet breakfasts. Having traveled extensively, it’s apparent that this hotel is a global gem and my entire family now benefit from staying there whenever we come to Stellenbosch.

For the price, you can't beat this place. Staff is very attentive, both administrative and cleaning staff. The location is perfectly situated in central stellenbosch next to all of the great restaurants the town has to offer. Not to mention their buffet breakfast is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cute hotel in the heart of town. Nothing luxurious, but comfortable and convenient. I’d stay here again.

This is a very friendly and perfectly located hotel right in the town centre. The staff are lovely, rooms are nice and very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I will always stay there when in Stellenbosch.

We were in able to visit because of COVID ☹️ We have stayed here before and were very happy with all aspects of our stay.except that EXPEDIA would not give a refund of our money even though legally we were unable to travel

A happy dad!
I booked this hotel for my father for a one-night trip. He enjoyed his stay and that location was great, just very busy (depending what you like). Staff friendly and he had a lovely big cooked breakfast with all the trimmings! One happy dad :)

Given we travelled during COVID times, the hotel was not fully operational. Had to go to nearby places for meals, which however were not very far. It’s a beautiful property and amazing setting.

Impressed by my short stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and on their game, especially James. Only minor criticism is funny shower design is a bit awkward.

This is a great hotel in every aspect. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and you couldn't be closer to central Stellenbosch if you tried.
